When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at this time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged, defective and/or missing items within three business days of receipt. Please call our Customer Service Center at 1-866-448-0251 with any claims.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to returns that are not in brand new, sellable condition (including packaging). A 15% restocking fee will also apply to any returns made after 30 days. A 25% restocking fee will apply to any returns of Jet, Powermatic, or Wilton items over 80 lbs. We do not accept returns of drain cleaning equipment and certain other hazmat items due to health and safety concerns.
Manufacturer-shipped items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If a restocking fee is assessed, the associated cost will be deducted from your refund. Please contact out customer service department prior to purchase to confirm if your product is eligible for this restocking fee.
Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used.
The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.
