The M18 FUEL™ ¼” Blind Rivet Tool w/ ONE-KEY™ is the fastest cordless riveting tool in the market. This tool offers 3X longer tool and jaw life, decreasing high energy costs, the time spent on maintenance and the hassles of using compressors & hoses to run pneumatic rivet tools. This tool delivers riveting speeds up to 50% faster than cordless competitors, significantly increasing user productivity. The jaws are designed with premium alloy steel material which increase jaw durability and life and decreases money spent on jaw replacements. Manufactured with an all-metal gearcase, impact strength plastics and protective over-mold, this tool delivers longer life as it can withstand harsh shop or assembly plant environments. The battery-powered rivet tool provides cordless convenience and eliminates the need for compressors and hoses. With no compressor or hose, portability and safety are increased, while time and money spent on maintenance and energy costs to run pneumatic tools are decreased. The M18 FUEL™ ¼” Blind Rivet Tool w/ ONE-KEY™ weighs only 5.6 lbs. with a 2.0Ah battery, has a 1.18” stroke length and the POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor delivers 4,500 lbs. (20kN) of pulling force for high strength blind rivets in all materials. This tool can pull up to 900 3/16” aluminum or 500 ¼” aluminum blind rivets on one M18™ REDLITHIUM™ CP 2.0Ah battery charge. The REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence ensures users achieve maximum performance and protects the Rivet Tool against overloads, over-heating, and over-discharge. M18™ REDLITHIUM™ Battery Packs are compatible with all M18™ tools, providing users with more work per charge and more work over the life of the pack.
