Toolup Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

These Toolup Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Toolup's Rewards Program (the “Program”). The Program benefits are issued and administered by Toolup.com, Inc. (“Toolup”, “we”, “us” and “our”). Toolup Rewards not used as specified herein will expire. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms are subject to Toolup's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein.

All benefits offered under the Program are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit, modify, alter, waive, or cancel the Program and/or benefits offered under the Program at any time, prospectively or retroactively, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect your Club O Rewards already earned.

Membership Types

Toolup offers one type of Membership: Toolup Rewards. The benefits of the Toolup Rewards membership are described below.

Toolup Rewards

Receive percentage Rewards* on every eligible purchase. This percentage can vary and is clearly marked on the product page of eligible items. Toolup Rewards may be used as a form of payment for future eligible purchases. From time to time, Toolup may run special promotions which permit you to earn additional Toolup Rewards.

Conditions

• Your participation in the Program is revocable by us at any time, at our sole discretion.
• You may have only one Membership per email account.
• Except as otherwise outlined in these Terms, for any benefit to apply, your Membership must be active at the time of purchase. You will not be reimbursed retroactively for purchases made while your Membership is inactive or expired.
• Your Membership is non-transferable.
• Rewards are not accrued on purchases resulting from quotes or wholesale orders.
