Makita VP01Z Description

The 12V max CXT® Brushless Polisher/Sander (VP01Z, tool only) is a compact solution for precise detail polishing or sanding applications. A dual speed selector provides 0-2,800 RPM in polish mode and 0-9,500 RPM in sanding mode. A variable speed trigger with power lock-on provides added convenience. The brushless motor enables the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer run time performance and rubberized gear housing helps protect delicate surfaces. The polisher/sander features Anti-restart protection, which engineered to prevent motor start up when the battery is inserted with power switch in locked-on position. It is equipped with a 3” polishing backing plate and 2” sanding backing plate for increased versatility. The CXT® System provides the utmost compact solution with superior comfort and capacity. The superior ergonomics allow for easy handling. The slide-style battery design offers improved balance and lets tools stand up. Select 12V max CXT® Products are equipped with efficient brushless motors for longer run time, increased power and speed, and longer tool life. 12V max CXT® Products provide professional performance with superior ergonomics and comfort.
