Works great for removing paint from wood.

I am using these brushes to remove 40 years of paint on the cedar shakes on my house. Very efficient and relatively fast given the amount of paint I am removing. They also wear very well. Just a cautionary note, once you get to the cedar surface you have to be careful when applying pressure otherwise the wire brush will gouge the shakes. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.
