Vise-Grip 2078708 5pc Tool Roll Set

This is a good universal set for just about anyone. The tools are well made and very durable. The roll that they are in will hold up to normal use for a very long time. The pliers are held in place by a net type material that goes up to about the edge of the plastic on the handles to hold them in place. The net part does not show in the picture and is sewn in straight, but at an angle. It does not bend like in the picture. The lineman pliers that they included should be more of a normal size like 6" though. 8" is too big for normal use for most people (why I dropped a star). They are still usable, just big. The crescent wrench has markings of metric on one side, inches on the other so you know just how much to open them. These feel much stronger and better made then the other brand pliers that I have bought (starts off with an s, ends with a y). Overall, it is a good set that will last you for years, and even though they have a lifetime warranty, most people will never need to use it. If you are just starting off, I would also but a pair of 6" groove joint, 4 1/2" diagonal cut, 4 3/4 lineman, and maybe a pair of needle-nose pliers. The 4 - 5" ones are better and easier to use for smaller jobs. That would cover most people and for not much more.
