Thank You for your service. I purchased a 2nd generation Ridgid "See Snake" with the 9mm head and a 6 foot extension on Friday, 7/24/09. It was delivered by Fed Ex to my home/office on Tuesday, 7/28/09. I used it on a "job walk" on 7/29/09 and it paid for itself with that one use. Toolup had the best price overall and I "shopped till I dropped". The picture is very clear, one hand controls, professional looking and impressive to show off.

I am impressed! My order was delivered Friday afternoon and I am very pleased to be able to tell you that so far everything appears to be working just fine. One battery is fully charged as of this writing and the other is on the charger getting pumped up. I've test flown the drill motor briefly and it seems to operate as engineered as well.
Great turnaround and a great product. But then I've been using the original Panasonic rig I bought for the last 15 years or so and I expect great things from them where it comes to battery powered tool performance and longevity.
I've got you bookmarked as a preferred source for tools now and will check with you before I go anywhere else for tools in the future. That's what you get for doing such a bang-up job.

Just a quick note to say how pleased I am with your company. First time customer and took a risk with this " on line ordering " choice. Your description of shipping procedures was 100% correct and pleasantly surprised with a 5 day early arrival. Product shipped complete, properly packaged and just as advertised. Hi Kevin, it is Gary again.
I ordered a PLS HVR1000 from ToolUp a few months back and was overwhelmed with your service, price and follow-up. As a result, I wrote you a testimonial that is still on your "Customers Say" page. I am in the construction management business and specialize in complicated lay-out along with vertical and horizontal control at larger construction sites.
Part of this is a confession in that although I stated "you have won a customer" I yielded to a slightly cheaper price and ordered a PLS3 from one of your competitors on the east coast. I paid with PayPal, but they did not have a direct link, so I had to copy their email address, go to PayPal in a different tab (window), paste the address and transfer money to them. The next morning I got a email message stating I needed to pay for my order. I went to the message I received from PayPal confirming payment and forwarded it to the person requesting payment. He finally acknowledged receipt and did ship that same day. The carrier they used did not deliver for a week, so I tried to track through their web site. Even though I had to "register" and give all my contact information before I could place an order and pay with PayPal, I could not use that registration to track my order.
Well, as it happened, both the PLS3 and the HVR1000 was stolen and I need replacements as soon as possible. I am waiting confirmation on insurance settlement, so I only ordered the PLS3 and a Bosch cordless drill from you this week. Again, great price, great information concerning status and great delivery.
In the same burglary, I lost several survey instruments and accessories. This last weekend, I placed the order I just described with ToolUp, but I also placed two more orders for survey / layout accessories that ToolUp does not carry. On Monday, one of the vendors contacted me to say the item was out of stock and they can not ship for one week. I know that happens from time to time, so I am not upset and do appreciate the follow-up and information.
The other order was for a Seco Prism I need quickly to complete a project. I ordered on Saturday and paid for 2nd air UPS delivery. It is now Thursday night, they will not respond to my inquiries and I can not even confirm the order has been shipped. Their web site say my order is "Packaging/Custom MGF" what ever that means. It has said the same thing for two days!!!
I apologize for ordering from anyone else after stating you had won me as a customer. I did return with my tail between my legs! I sure wish you would carry survey accessories like prisms, prism poles, bags, tribracks, etc.
Thanks again for the great service and price. It is a commitment this time, i will check ToolUp first and if you carry it there is no need in checking further. Please let me know if you expand your lines.

WOW is correct!!! I placed the order on Sunday and paid extra for 2nd day delivery with FedEx. I needed to start using the tool as soon as it arrived. I received your message informing me of the shipment on Monday, so I started tracking through FedEx using the tracking number you provided. I fully expected the shipment to arrive on Wednesday, because that would be the 2nd day from the time of shipment. When I tracked on Tuesday, I was surprised it was "out for delivery." I checked again just after noon and saw it had been delivered to my home. I left work early to find the package on my front porch in perfect condition. Sunday order to Tuesday delivery in Texas. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must say the entire transaction was excellent. I received the item right on time. My charger shipped when toolup said it would, and I had no hassles. One of the things I really liked is that it seems that if an item is listed as in-stock, it really is in-stock and ready to be shipped. I've had way too many experiences in the past where a supposedly "in-stock" item doesn't ship and when I call to check on the order status a week later I am told "oh, that was backordered". On June 20 I spoke with you on the phone about the DeWalt 24 volt cordless rotary hammer DW005K-2.
