Much better than chrome ladder!

This is a much better ladder than the chrome one, of course it costs 50% more. I use this ladder multiple times, daily. It is perfect for home inspections. It is light enough to get on most lower roofs on houses yet light enough to pull up easily and then move on to the upper level roofs. Has a brake on each step so that i can hit the bottom step release and the whole ladder will retract at a fast pace but slow enough to not make noise or mash fingers. I would highly recommend this to inspectors, contractors or just for around the house. Fits easily in truck of vehicle.

I do quality control for a utility. This ladder has been a great tool. I am in attics most of the day, and using this ladder over the aluminum folding type is a major difference. I have to keep telling my coworkers they can't have it!!

The best ladder

I'm an adjuster and will look at several hundred roofs this year. I've tried all ladders, little giant, other telescoping ladders, extension ladders and none compare to this one. Showed this ladder to another adjuster, he order one the following day and he likes the ladder as much as I do.
