We do not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship products to you, and to complete credit card transactions. Additionally, confidential information, such as your credit card, is deleted from our systems once your transaction with us is complete.
Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out weekly email campaigns to our customers, offering exclusive discounts, sales, and promotions that we are running. You can sign up for our newsletter here.
Unlike other stores who may use outside companies to host their systems and their servers, we control 100% of our systems, and at no time is anyone outside our company privy to your data or information.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged or missing items within three business days. Please call our Customer Service Center at (702)-891-8150 with any claims.

Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received.
The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.

Special order items indicated on the website take additional time to order and ship.
Special order items that are returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
In the unlikely event that a special order item has a lead time longer than 30 days, Customer Service will contact you to determine if you would like to proceed with your order or cancel it. If you choose to proceed with your order, Toolup.com will capture the funds for amount of the order at that time.
If indicated, items may be drop shipped. Delivery times will depend on factory availability.

Toolup.com offers a reduced rate guaranteed ground delivery option. This guarantee is only on the transit time. It does not guarantee when the package will be packed and provided to the shipper. The guaranteed delivery time is only for the time the package is in transit with the shipper. In general, most in stock items will ship the following business day.
