Sumner 780303 Features:

The Sumner Roust-A-Bout enables one man to lift and place loads in tight locations that would be impossible for other lifts. Raises a 1,500 lb. load to heights up to 25 feet in minutes. Can be moved vertically and horizontally at the same time. Eliminates the need for come-alongs, scaffolds, monorails and swing booms. Dual winch permits operator to position mast at desired height, then devote full attention to lifting load. Separate load and mast winches, 2-speed winch. Infinite load adjustment. Mast and base sections separate quickly for ease of transportation and storage. Wider loads (up to 1,000 lbs.) can be handled with the addition of Sumner's Tee Head Extension Bar (sold separately).
