My review is not on the machine itself. We have not had the opportunity to use it as of yet. However, when you purchase something through this business and they tell you it will be in in one week, don't expect it. It was not here in time for the birthday gift it was set for. In attempts to call this "online company" they decided to close early on the 11-23, and take off until 11-28. So they simply had no information to give us, no tracking information as promised, nothing. The machine appears to be a well made unit, afterall it is a Rigid. This online company does not have proper management in place, afterall they were even closed on Black Friday. We received it the next week, at the wrong address!
