For the price, you can complain much. But for long time use or more than a couple of jobs, save your money.

i bought the k30 and it did not unclog my sink i went to the hardware store and got a longer cable took 3 hours but cleared the sink drain then my lavatory drain cloged up cleared it in 5 mins or less then my shower drain cloged cleared it in 5 mins

Used to unclog at least two drains, since purchased. It worked fine. Cable do not last too long if you do not treat the machine carefully. Still cable is cheaper than calling a plumber.

Other than it will be a lot better with a stronger cable. Did more than two jobs with cable, and then I need to replace it. Except for this, I think its an excellent drainer. Cable is a lot cheaper, than calling a plumber,thou.

I got this drain cleaner because I have a stuborn bathroom sink me my 100 year old house. I was having to call a plumber every 6 months to come for 5 minutes. Not anymore I ran this for the first time cleared the clog in 1 minute.
