Orders placed after 5AM PST (8AM EST) - will ship the next business day.

Shipping Policies

PO Boxes/APO Addresses

Due to shipping constraints - We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Ebay/Paypal Shipping

Due to shipping constraints - Ebay Orders can only ship from our Las Vegas warehouses.

At times Toolup.com may offer special freight promotions on products or product lines. Certain exceptions always apply. Items that are bulky, large, and/or too heavy cannot be shipped via these promotions. Additionally, these promotions are only available to the continental US. Toolup.com reserves the right to notify the customer of exceptions. However, Toolup.com will never change shipping without first contacting and receiving approval from the customer.

Shipping Times

Guaranteed delivery times are for the amount of time the package spent in transit. That is, packaging and pulling of inventory can take time, and is not included in the determination of how long a package was in shipment.

Choosing Fedex Next Day Air, or Fedex 2 Day causes your package to be flagged, and we'll do everything possible to ship your product quickly.

Standard Shipping

Toolup.com uses FedEx to ship its products to you, our valued customers. Packages under 140lbs and that meet certain size requirements can be shipped via FedEx. It is important to choose Business or Residential delivery correctly. The customer will be held responsible for additional charges if chosen incorrectly. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with Toolup within 3 business days of delivery. Claims filed after that time may not be honored.

Should your items arrive damaged, it is important that you refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.

Shipping Promotions

At times Toolup.com may offer shipping promotions. These promotions are limited to items below 140lbs, and which meet certain size and packaging constraints. Items that cannot be shipped via FedEx Ground do not qualify for these promotions. Freight & Truck Line shipments are not Ground shipping.

Truck Deliveries and Large/Bulky items

Toolup.com stocks many industrial and commercial grade tools and accessories. Some of these items are large, heavy and/or bulky (items such as Threaders, Benders, Panel Saws, Generators, etc). These items may not be able to be shipped via regular ground methods such as Fedex and will require a Freight or Truck delivery. All Free freight promotions only apply to items that can be shipped via FedEx Ground and not Freight or LTL methods.

Truck Line - Commercial/Business Addresses

When shipping to a business please choose whether you need a liftgate or not. Without liftgate service, you will be responsible for removing/off loading your order from the truck. If your site has a forklift or loading dock, you may wish to choose the no liftgate option. If your delivery location is actually a residential address, you will be responsible for additional charges that will be charged by the freight carrier.

Truck Line - Residential Addresses:

Truck carriers charge additional fees for delivering to residential addresses. This is in part due to the necessity of loading shipments to smaller trucks that are better able to navigate residential locations. While your specific driveway may have plenty of room to navigate, roads around you may require this extra handling. Delivery is to the base of your driveway or off of the trucks liftgate. The customer is responsible for moving the product from that point. Toolup.com is not responsible for delivery if the product cannot be unloaded from the truck. Toolup.com cannot be responsible for refunds of this freight, and the customer will be responsible for any fees necessary for a 2nd delivery attempt.

Notice:

All items on this website are subject to the restriction of large, heavy or bulky items. All Free Freight promotions have this limitation. While we attempt to be accurate at all times, we may discover due to size or weight constraints that we cannot effectively ship product via regular ground transportation and Freight Delivery may be necessary. This will prevent Free Shipping. Some items may also require freight shipment due to damage or packaging concerns.

Privacy Policy

Toolup.com does not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship products to you, and to complete credit card transactions. Additionally, confidential information, such as your credit card, is deleted from our systems once your transaction with us is complete.

Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out email campaigns to our customers in order to notify you of special sales and promotions that we are running. You may always opt out of these by clicking here.

Unlike other stores who may use outside companies to host their systems and their servers, we control 100% of our systems, and at no time is anyone outside our company privy to your data or information.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your order must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. There may be restocking fees for special orders or damaged/unpackaged product. Freight is not refundable.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. It is important to note, that you must notify us within 3 business days of damage from delivery.

Restocking fees may apply.

Please provide up to 7-10 days for returns to be inspected once received.

Customer is responsible for return freight.

Of course, customer satisfaction is always our goal - so don't hesitate to call us.

Orders Policy

Toolup.com reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.

Special Orders

Special order items indicated on the website take additional time to order and ship.

Special order items that are returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Drop Ships

If indicated, items may be drop shipped. Delivery times will depend on factory availability.

1 Day thru 5 Day Shipping Options

Toolup.com offers a reduced rate guaranteed ground delivery option. This guarantee is only on the transit time. It does not guarantee when the package will be packed and provided to the shipper. The guaranteed delivery time is only for the time the package is in transit with the shipper. In general, most in stock items will ship the following business day.
