This is an excellent compact laser, very simple, it just makes a level line in all directions 360 degrees, uses D batteries, I haven't used the outdoor sensor yet. The laser line is relatively thin so it is accurate to transfer marks. Seems to be very well constructed.

This is a great level for a foundation repair company. We typically shoot levels on the interior of the structure, using benchmarks to move through various spaces. It works very well for what we do and occasionally when we need to check levels in the sunlight the detector works quite well.
