Shipping + Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your order must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. There may be restocking fees for special orders or damaged/unpackaged product. Freight is not refundable.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible,
take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. It is important to note, that you must notify us within 3 business days of
damage from delivery.
Restocking fees may apply.
Please provide up to 7-10 days for returns to be inspected once received.
Customer is responsible for return freight.
Of course, customer satisfaction is always our goal - so don't hesitate to call us.
All items on this website are subject to the restriction of large, heavy or bulky items. All Free Freight promotions have this limitation. While we attempt to be accurate at all times, we may discover due to size or weight constraints that we cannot effectively ship product via regular ground transportation and Freight Delivery may be necessary. This will prevent Free Shipping. Some items may also require freight shipment due to damage or packaging concerns.
