I called to discuss this with you but never received a call back. I was very happy with your product and service, this is why I gave you great feedback on ebay. FedEx left the box under a bush at my next door neighbors house. They do this all the time. The wrench was wet and rusty from 3 days of rain, that's fine with me. I just wanted to let you knoww about this since you asked. I have lived here for 29 years and we have never had a problem with UPS ot the US Mail they even give our dogs treats and waive to us on the road. FedEx is and always has been clueless, I would not use them to represent your company.
