If you are in the trades, it is only a matter of time before you buy this bandsay. I have all Ridgid tools and I am very please with this purchase. I'm an electrician and everyone I work with no owns one. Don't know how I did without for so long?

Ok...muddy, dirty, and grumpy were I....but thanks to band saw, I was feeling better. I had to get through a steel pipe and a hacksaw was not a fun option. I don't do this all the time, but I like having tools. This band-saw rocked it. I cut through the 2" conduit in nothing flat and was happy it was cordless. No extension cord needed. Very smooth action. It was like a skillsaw, but on metal.
