The Milwaukee 2429-21XC M12™ Sub-Compact Band Saw is the most compact and lightest weight cordless band saw on the market. At less than half the weight and size compared to a traditional deep cut band saw, the M12™ Band Saw provides one-handed power and portability to electricians, maintenance professionals, and other users cutting small diameter materials. The M12™ Band Saw weighs only 6.75 lbs and 12” in length, making it ideal for overhead or one-handed cutting applications. great tool for a commercial/industrial electrician. Ive had this saw for over a month now and wish it was around before now. It's almost as valuable as a cordless drill.

Great little saw, I use this all the time to cut threaded rod, & conduit! It's nice not to drag a cord around the job when you are up on a scissor lift, Buy extra saw bands because you will find yourself using it quite often...

Cuts clean and smooth up to 1-5/8" dia. Slightly faster RPM would be nice but it gets the job done.

great tool in tight overhead spaces and in corners.It saves time by not having to remove item being cut it will cut in small areas but you need to hide it alot from others especially if large electric ones are the aternitive
