drilling limestone
By [RV]erified User #166109 alfred crabtree on 02/10/2014
Pros: lightweight effectiveness
Cons: limits of 12 volts
Recommended: Yes
This drill was recommended to me for use in cave exploration because it is such a small SDS drill. We drill bolts for life support and microshaving - a process for removing hunks of rock. Powerful and rugged in very harsh environments. Practically, 1/2" is too much for it. If they could make this same drill 20v and brushless, that would be something!

Nice drill no promo
By Mike Wolf on 01/29/2013
Pros: Nice lightweight good battery life
Cons: None so far
Recommended: Yes
I love the drill great for small anchors and holes 1/4 and smaller decent battery life It would have been nice to get the promotional battery when I ordered it makes the $250 a little steep for a drill that can only drill small holes
