I purchased this M12 driver a few weeks ago, and I love it... I have been using it more then my M18 Hammer/Driver. I am a HVAC tech, so this drill is great for opening units, etc etc without having to lug my 18v around...

Ok...definitely liking the M12 series. Lighter, easier to handle. I am not a big guy, so this tool works great for me, but I don't feel I am getting cheated on power. Very nice action. Smooth, but strong.

I bought this for my wife thinking it would be her drill and she can stop using mine, but with all the power it has i'm using more often and have retired my 18v

The purchase was seamless. Delivery time was excellent. Unfortunately Milwaukee thinks that because they have brought a new red battery that they can increase the price of their product by almost 50%. Good luck on that one. I will not be purchasing any more tools until you and they come to their senses and realize that these products are available from numerous manufacturers at signifigantly lower prices. Thank your staff for their prompt and courteous service.
