the tool worked well until the day that I decide to use it when fishing at sea shore. It became rusted and when I spoke with the company they told me that that problems are not covered by warranty. They didn't recognize the problem and they didn't give me a solution. In that way I returned it to the store. I bought three and everyone has the same problem. STAINLESS STEEL THAT BECAME RUSTED!!! The best explanation that I had from the company was: "Don't use it on salt water". Definitely the WORST Customer Service in the market. My different VICTORINOX had never problems and still working perfect after 25 YEARS OF USE. I already have a bunch of pocket knife because I use it constantly.
