Rear wheels sit too far out and they catch on furniture. Extension hose does not extend far enough.

Shipping was very fast, I have off white carpets with a black lab & this machine picks up the dog hair like no other I have ever owned. THE BEST VACUM I EVER OWNED!!!

The machine is very efficient and relatively quiet. It is easy to maintain, However the hose is too short and the cord gets in the way. I wish it pulled out on the left side. It is awkward pulling out on the right as I hold the cord in my left hand. The cord gets very hot. Haven't researched yet to find out if this is a problem.

I love this machine, I have a very hairy dog and the amount of dirt and hair this thing picks up is amazing!! It put my other vacuum to shame, now I don't mind vacuuming.
