I Love Hoover Products....BUT... This One Not So Much

I though being a hoover, it would be great, but I'm disappointed. I should have bought from my usual place of purchase-they would refund my money without a restocking fee and now questions asked. But, enough of that.
PRO's:
The "easy-grip" handle is great, fits the hand well. The collection cartridge is also very easy to empty, also great since it has to be emptied every few minutes. It does get under furniture and it is lightweight.
Con's:
This hoover is very loud, needs a 24-hour 1st time charge with no directions on the 2nd charge. In the "Sonic" mode, it picks up somethings and leaves other. I chased a small dead leaf around for 10 minutes, I finally stopped and picked it up. Then I emptied the cartridge, and it worked better. Every time I use since (it doesn't like to be close to or near half full & it doesn't take much dirt and dog hairs to do that.) On a regular floor it not very impressive-it works better in Sonic mode.
Finale thoughts:
I had a Bissell for 3 years, the motor puter out on me. I tried the new Turbo Bissell, went through 3 for different reasons & I wanted something else. Hoover has always been a great product, this machine may be great and I could have a so-so unit. I give this 3 stars in all categories. There was only 1 review when I bought it, not much said but effective in picking up whatever & the handle felt loose-which mine didn't the hand grip is cool. I hope this helps you in your decision.
