The vaccum is great value and light weight, easy to handle. It's pretty quiet and has a acessory port for a hose. Toolup.com could not sucessfully ship one to me with out shipping damage (3) times. Had to buy one from someone else

I have an elite from Hoover that is 35 years old and still works but now on garage duty. I was pleased to see they still make the exact same vac, still made in the USA and still works better than vacs costing triple the price. It's a plain Jane machine but is a workhorse. My high dollar Hoover, made in China, has been in the shop five times in three years - never again!
