How do you protect my personal information?
Yes. We go to great lengths to protect your personal information, and we do not sell or give your information
to outside companies (other than to ship your order to you).
How do I place an order?
Place the item(s) of your choice into our shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" buttons on our website. Then click the "Proceed
to Checkout" button and follow the easy to use purchasing system. At that time, you will be told your freight rates, if any, and you will
input your shipping and payment information so that we can process your order.
How can I track my order once it is in transit?
Once your order is placed, you can track your order online here. Additionally,
an email will be sent to you the night your order ships. This email will confirm shipment, and will contain your tracking number
that you can then use to track your shipment via the FedEx or UPS website.
What is the "Min Order Fee"?
On some orders below $35, a minimum order fee will be charged to cover packaging and warehouse costs. This fee is never
charged on orders over $70.
Why is there a X Dollar charge on my card?
Our systems are designed to detect and prevent Fraud. When you first place your order, we charge your
card for $1.01, and then immediately VOID this transaction. This is necessary to verify your billing address information.
Sometimes - credit card companies will "hold" the void for up to 7 days - we don't see this very often, but we have seen
this happen. Unfortunately, this is the Credit Card company holding the void "hostage" until they decide to let it clear.
We have no control over this unfortunate circumstance, and if you wait, this charge will be voided. Additionally our systems
are designed that on the rare chance your void does not go through, you will be charged only the balance of your order less the
$1.01 charge. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us.

Only on special orders.

When is your Shipping cutoff time?
Ground orders will ship the next business day, orders placed 3rd, 2nd or next day air before 11am PST/2pm EST will ship the same business day.
I need my order delivered by a certain date?
If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please select 3rd, 2nd or Next Day air. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for
shipments that are sent via Free Shipping or Ground. While Free shipping usually means Ground, for heavy or large items we reserve the right
to drop ship from the factory in order to reduce shipping costs to us. We do this so that you can get great value in shipping (Free!). If you'd like
us to ship out of our stock, please select and pay for a guaranteed delivery method.
How much are shipping charges?
Shipping is based on weight, and distance. You can get an estimate of freight charges on our website by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, and then entering your zip code. Our systems will then automatically communicate with the proper freight companies and display the freight charges for your order, if any.
How do I estimate Freight? How much does it cost to ship?
You can easily find out by adding the item in question to your shopping cart, and then at the bottom right, enter
your zip code or postal code, and our system will retreive all shipping options that are available to you.
Can I use USPS or UPS or some other shipping company?
All of our shipping is done via FedEx, Saia or Conway. We do not ship via USPS or UPS.
What happens if my order is damaged?
While we don't anticipate it, damage sometimes occurs. When you sign for the package, please make sure to indicate that the package was/is damaged. This will help us file a claim. However, we will happily replace your order for products damaged by the shipping company called in within 3 business days of delivery.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Though international tariffs will apply. We have no way of determining these tarrifs at the time of shipment, and you
will be responsible for paying those tarrifs. We have no control over these tariffs as they are determined and collected by government agencies.
Do you ship to Asia, Europe or Africa?
For larger commercial orders we can. However, please be aware that all of our tools are designed for US Power. 120 Volts/60Hz and may or may not operate in your country.
Additionally, returns and warranties outside of the US can be problematic as freight expenses will be the customers to bear. Payment on
orders over $1000 must be via Wire Transfer. We cannot determine or estimate tariffs for international orders, and you will be responsible for these
tariffs at the time of delivery. We have no control over these tariffs as they are determined and collected by government agencies.
What if I don't like it (returns/exchange policy)?
We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your order must be in good condition, and be in the
original packaging. There may be restocking fees for special orders or for orders that are damaged or past the 30 days. Freight is not refundable.
Some restrictions may apply. We do not take some items back, examples are generators, used sewer machines etc.
What is your out of stock policy?
Our website indicates items that are in stock. So you should always know when our products are available for immediate shipment.
