Overall these are great cutters...the long arms give you great leverage to cut large cable. We use them in our scrap yard for cutting Cu & Al cable. If you cut 750MCM consistently you need to go hydraulic or ratcheting. These will break eventually...first the nut and bolt that hold the arms together go then eventually the cutter head will snap. BUT...they last quite a long time and are cheap for what they do. A must have if you cut anything up to 500MCM. They will do that perfectly and never break.
