WHY SHIP IT FEDEX GROUND TO MEMPHIS THEN TO OUTSIDE ATLANTA(39 MILES) THEN BACK TO ATLANTA WHERE THE POST OFFICE GOT IT ( O NO ) TO COME TO BIRMINGHAM NO WONDER IT COST SO MUCH AND SO LONG MEMPHIS TO B'HAM IS THE WAY TO GO.WE HAVE FEDEX IN BHAM I GUESS FEDEX CAN SHIP IT TO ANY PLACE THEY WANT TOO.

Great service and quick delivery. Time will tell about the battery, as the original 'died' and would no longer take a charge. However, it had been awhile since I had used it so perhaps nonuse is the culprit.
