I was a bit skeptical, after all, it was cheaper then the competitors, (EVEN AFTER the 2 day UPS charge was added!!) and I was concerned I was receiving a "refurbished" or second hand Buffer, but it was just like the one I have and paid substantially more for. I own a mobile boat detailing business that is expanding and I needed the equipment to expand my manpower immediately. Toolup came through with flying colors. Words cannot express how impressed we are with your product and service, as well as the extra guarantee, wow..I knew I was in "good hands" then, that I didn't have to worry about ordering online.
