There is an extended service life thanks to the inclusion of carbon brushes, which grant the tool an endurance that is almost three times that of other competitive models. In addition, Makita makes it easier than ever to change bits with the one touch sliding chuck, which also provides easy removal. A built-in torque limiter ensures the operator stable torque control while using the Makita HR4510C, which helps to provide better overall results.
The Makita HR4510C has a capacity of 1-3/4″ on concrete, stone and mason, and includes a 5″ core bit. The overall length of the tool is 18″ and weighs in at 18 and a half pounds. The HR4510C comes with a side handle, a D-handle, a depth gauge, a plastic carrying case, and some grease to get you started.
