The TechKewl Phase Change cooling vest with Hydration is a perfect combination of targeted cooling and an included 2L hydration capability. The Vest and included TechKewl inserts will cool the wearer to 58' while being 30% lighter than water based cooling. The included hydration bladder will accomodate up to 2 liters of liquid for hours of effective hydration.
